Why am I seeing “Network or server error” during login?

It usually means the frontend expected JSON but the backend returned a redirect or an HTML error page. Make sure your AJAX requests send the X-Requested-With header and your views return JSON for AJAX submissions.

How does business verification work?

Business users upload official registration documents. Admins can review these documents and mark the business as verified.

Can farmers use AgroSync without email?

Yes. Farmer accounts can be created using a verified Ugandan phone number and password.

Open Settings from the profile menu, then select the profile action that matches your account type.
